Pourquoi c’est bon
Préviens le vieillissement oculaire, le vieillissement prématuré de la peau et de celui des cellules. Mais beaucoup de ses qualités nutritives se perdent à la cuisson, c'est pourquoi il est meilleur de les consommer crues ou du moins très peu cuites. Bon de l'associer à un aliment anti inflammatoire pour prévenir les maladies chroniques.
