Pourquoi c’est bon
Grâce au lycopène qu'elle contient, la tomate permet un bon système immunitaire, tout comme la pastèque. Mais pour en profiter, il est préférable de la déguster cuite plutot que crue : en tarte (avec une pâte faite maison) ou en sauce sans apport en sucre.
