Étapes
Ton oignon mignon mignon
Coupe ton oignon mignon mignon
Fais chauffer dans une poêle l'huile et le beurre
Colore les oignons sur one side pendant 5 minutes
Rajoute le sucre et le balsamique
Mijote 5 minutes
Déglace au vinaigre et ajoute un peu de thym
Sulfurisé le fond de ton moule
Place les oignons mignon mignon
Recouvre de ta pâte et insiste bien sur les bords.
Ça va cuire a l'étouffée.
Cuisson
Mettre 25min au four à 170°
Puis laisser 5 minutes de repos
